Flu, covid vaccine clinic
Friday, Oct. 16, 3 to 6 p.m., Frenchtown Fire Station (16875 Marion St.)
Missoula Public Health (MPH) is offering multiple vaccine clinics at organizations and schools in October. These clinics are on a first-come, first-served basis and are open to families, individuals and children. Nurses on site will offer covid and flu vaccines only. All clinics require photo ID and insurance card if available. A sliding fee scale is available for those uninsured.

Frenchtown Library (17620 Frontage Road)
The Treasurer’s Office, Missoula Public Library, and Missoula Food Bank are collaborating to provide county services closer to home. Services like motor vehicle titling and registration, issuing license plates, motor vehicle registration renewals, and property tax payments will be provided monthly. No appointments needed; feel free to walk in! Beginning on Oct. 14, Staff will be at the Frenchtown Library on the second and third Thursday of each month from 4 to 6 p.m.
Representation
The West Valley Community Council is comprised of seven residents and meets at 6 p.m. on the second Thursday of most months. Meetings take place at the Frenchtown Fire Station. Click here to learn more about the community council, including minutes, agendas, bylaws and contact information.
Note: The Evaro Community Council disbanded in 2023 due to lack of membership and inability to sustain a quorum.
Community councils act as a liaison between the citizens of their communities and the county commissioners, providing information deemed useful, beneficial and helpful in decisions that affect the community. Community councils are advisory only and have no tax or other governmental powers.

Your Public Library
The Frenchtown branch of the Missoula Public Library is located inside of Frenchtown High School. In the summer, it is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
